Submission Policy

The Authors are expected to submit original scholarly articles in the following format:

1. Language: The language of the manuscript must be English (either American or British standard).

2. Length of Paper: The length of the paper should not exceed 35 pages (Times New Roman, 11 Font) excluding tables, figures, references and appendices (if any). Paper containing more than 35 pages will be returned to the author(s) to abridge. Articles should be typed in single-space (including footnotes and references) on one side of the paper only (preferably A4) with wide margins. Authors are urged to write as concisely as possible, but not at the expense of clarity.

3. Title Page: The title should be in upper case, specific and concise n using Times New Roman Font, 13pt.

4. Affiliation:  Author(s) with Affiliations: It should contain author names followed by Department, University or Organization, City, and Country of the author(s), along with their email address. For the corresponding author, the complete affiliation and postal address are required along with contact information.

5. Abstract: Please provide an abstract of 200 to 250 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.

6. Keywords: Please provide 5 to 6 keywords which can be used for indexing purposes.

7. Introduction: The Introduction should provide a transparent statement of the study, relevant literature on the study subject along with the planned approach. This should be enough to draw the reader’s attention from a broad array of scientific disciplines.

8. Materials and Methods: The materials section should include detailed descriptions of all types of materials used. The methods part should contain sufficient details so that all procedures can be replicable by other researchers. The authors might divide this into subsections if several methods were described.

9. Results: The results section should describe the outcomes and findings of an article (research, case study, review, etc.). It should be clear, understandable and concise (using figures & tables). The layout of the result section should be in the same order in which the introduction section is being structured.

10. Discussions:  This section ought to illustrate the importance of results in relation to the reasons for doing the work. It should include the strengths and limitations of the study. In addition, interpretation and implications with reference to the context should be given indicating the future research directions.

11. Table and Figures: We encourage using appropriate graphics to explain, illustrate, and summarize concepts and results without lengthy prose. Please keep the title and captions brief while placing the titles above tables and captions beneath figures. Do not embed numbers or captions in images; instead, place them outside the image, but on the same page. Tables & figures must be followed by references. Please note that the article will be published in black and white (print).

12. Graphs and Charts:  Graphs and charts should fit the width of 1 or 2 columns. For labels use 9-point or 10-point Times New Roman type.

13. Conclusions: The conclusion should be given for the closure of an article.

14. Acknowledgement: The author may use acknowledgement section in the title page of the paper (if any).

15. References: Author(s) should follow the latest edition of APA style in referencing. Please visit to learn more about APA style

Reference List

References should be arranged first alphabetically and then further sorted chronologically if necessary.
